sepak sudey

sepak terajang?

kalau ia boleh redakan semua,

mati la seluruh penduduk dunia...

hahaha

sbb tuh org berperang..??

x da kaitan..

aku sndrik ngh pening blek neh..



tapi aku suka sepak terajang

not literally la,

more like phisically

hahaha

cam kalo marah, geram , tensen

(rasanya sume tuh campuq jdik tensen kn..?.keke..)

(marah + sedih + geram + kecewa + takut = tensen)

aku memang suka hempas2 pintu loker,

baling-baling bantai ka..

(bantai bes, sebab tak sakit..=P..)

tapi aku lagi suka main palang besi..

besi tak rosak, cuma kena tahan sakit sikit la..

lepas tu, rasa lawak lak

dan terus gelak..

hahahaha

tengok, kan dah hilang tensen..

^_^

tapi tuk sementara waktu saja lah

bila emosi agak stabil lepas buat sekian2,

baru lah aku terfikir balik pasal tension itu

and i find a better way to deal it

klo scra rohani, umum pn tau cm na kn..Al-quran:surah insyirah, tawakkal , doa n evrything..tu hati punya kerja

ang try a pi jog..(klo bkn wnter la kt sna..huhu)..
hm..n at least,ang cita la kt spa2 yg ang pcya,kwan2 baek ka..
aku tau ang mmg pendiam pa suma, but diz tyme u are at some point coz new things are happening in life..new doesnt mean bru jdi, myb ang bru realise...
